On Saturday 6th March to celebrate Women’s World Day of Prayer and as part of Churches Together, which encourages churches from a wide range of traditions to work together in unity, a service will be held on at St Edmund's Church.
The service starts at 1.30 pm, and there will be refreshments afterwards.
The World Day of Prayer worship service has a special annual theme which is developed by women of a different country each year. The theme of the service is Rise! Take Your Mat and Walk, Zimbabwe.
